It’s a pleasure to welcome you all to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (YEA) 2020 Summit in Saudi Arabia. Entrepreneurship a source of innovation and resilience; and as we reflect on the economic chaos we have all witnessed and lived through during the COVID19 pandemic; 2020 showcased the agility of the entrepreneurs and start-ups building on new opportunities and creativity in delivering entrepreneurial excellence.  With key focus on logistics, tele medicine and education new business avenues were created; building on the pandemic triple effect. Our summit will bring forth the discussion on the emergence of new industries of entrepreneurs scaling new heights as they turned the COVID19 crisis into an impactful opportunity delivering new services and potential, proving to be effective, flexible and resilient in redefining the business potential.  How entrepreneurs can disrupt the crisis by innovation in social and environmental sphere to deliver on a global impact.   Through innovation, creativity, resilience and agility building on the entrepreneurial ecosystem globally for a sustainable growth and development based on each regions competitive advantage and the provision of an inclusive growth mindset.   From challenges to risk taking and the role that governments play stimulus package offering, to investing and developing the infrastructure and giving entrepreneurs and SME’s further access to market.  The role of investment and growth of VCs, start up acceleration programs and new market expansion. We are excited to witness the first of its kind Virtual Summit bringing together hundreds of young entrepreneurs and speakers worldwide in KSA to share insights, bring to light the challenges and opportunities and engage in virtual networking and break out sessions.  We look forward to meeting you all virtually in Saudi Arabia.

YEA Saudi Arabia will be held from the 29th till the 30th of October 2020 preceding the G20 Summit in Saudi Arabia from the 21st till the 22nd of November.  With a definitive theme that aims to showcase entrepreneurship as a source of innovation in crisis, safeguarding the planet the G20 YEA will also address the worlds young entrepreneurs response to the COVID-19 fight and commitment to work with global economies to recover from the devastating effects of the pandemic; urging governments to target economic stimulus measures to support the next generation of inclusive economic growth that young entrepreneurs can spearhead in societies around the world. 

Upon completion of the G20 YEA in Saudi Arabia a communique will be drafted.
